Our new and fast growing mobile auto detailing business is looking for a part time window tinter
Here is the individual we are looking for:
-Looking for a driven individual that wants to help a new business grow
- Proven experience as an Automotive Window Tinting Technician or similar role (references required)
-Preferably have mobile window tinting experience
-Desire to learn and grow in your profession
-Driver's license (Clean driving record)
-Must have good communication skills
-Must be friendly and accountable
-Must have a strong work ethic
-Must be physically capable to window tint cars
-Must have reliable transportation
-Service-oriented and able to resolve customer requests.
-Ability to pass background check & drug test.
-Must be at least 18 years of age.
-Must be able to work weekends as necessary
Duties/Responsibilities:
-Install window tint films on vehicles according to customer specifications and company standards.
-Prepare vehicle windows by cleaning and prepping surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of tint films.
-Interact with customers to understand their tinting preferences and provide professional recommendations.
-Inspect completed tinting jobs to ensure quality and address any issues or concerns.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper care and storage of tools and equipment.
-Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
-Operate company vehicle per company operating manual
-Performs inspections and checklist prior to completing jobs
-Restock tinting supplies
-Take before and after photos of clients cars
-Use company tablet and software to efficiently view work schedule, update client database, give estimates to clients, etc

Compensation:
Paid up to 30% commission per vehicle plus tips
Paid per performance bonus: Getting 5- star reviews, no call backs, etc
