Family owned and operated air conditioning and heating company looking for qualified lead installer/service tech/ helper.
We specialize in residential and light commercial, new construction, retrofit, and remodels. Looking to add to our team and bring in a few good qualified people.
Lead Installer must be able to work directly with the homeowner or contractor and be professional about completing the job from start to finish with quality and integrity.
Service Tech must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose issues as well as communicate to the customer, order parts and make repairs accurately.
Helper must have some experience and be driven to learn and move up in the industry.
EPA license required for lead installer and service tech
Clean drivers license required
Be able to climb into attics and rooftops and lift over 50lbs
Top pay per position based on experience and abilities.
Medical and profit sharing available after the probation period.
