We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpet Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in flooring installation and be capable of working effectively with various materials and tools. This role demands precision, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship in both residential and commercial settings. Most of our work is located in North County, San Diego.
Flooring Installer Responsibilities:
- Must know how to Install various flooring materials, carpet installer including hardwood, laminate, and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) stairs baseboard etc.
- Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and applying the necessary underlayment.
- Measure and cut flooring materials accurately according to specifications.
Requirements for Flooring Installer:
- Punctuality and reliability in attendance.
- Consistent installer
- Proven min of 3 years experience in flooring installation.
- Proficiency in the safe and effective use of hand tools and power tools.
- Must possess personal tools and a valid driver's license.
Pay: 1099 Based on experience and quality of work
Schedule:
- 8-10 hour shifts
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
