Bellwether Mechanical Systems, Inc., is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to join our growing team. We are a commercial (HVAC) mechanical company that service, maintain, replace and construct all commercial levels of mechanical equipment, including controls systems.
We are looking for a Foreman to provide overall management direction to multiple projects, establishes project objectives and schedule, maintains liaison with prime client contacts, and performs installation with additional Service Technicians.

Duties:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of HVAC technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of various HVAC equipment.
Knowledge and ability to meet local HVAC codes.
Ability to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items and work from heights or small spaces.
Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices for repair and system maintenance.
Communicate effectively and provide knowledge of inventory of parts and supplies necessary for HVAC operations.
Ensure techs and installers maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment maintenance logs.
Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Meet with customer's to provide solutions to their needs.
Requirements:
10+ years’ experience in commercial HVAC service.
Proven experience in HVAC supervision or a similar role within the property maintenance field.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in repairing HVAC equipment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
Experience performing start-ups on Commercial equipment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Basic knowledge of duct design, installation practices, and repair of HVAC equipment.
Need to have all tools to perform job (Manifold gauges, Vacuum pump, torches, Hand tools, Etc.
Valid driver’s license and Insurable driving record.
Type II EPA Certification or EPA Universal.
