Forman experience is required. We are looking for a well rounded qualified individual capable of running multi family projects and working on smaller projects such as home remodels, tenant improvement's, new construction ADUS, and single family homes.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who values their job and is bound by morals and integrity, also capable of teaching and putting our company first.
- Must be able and willing to manage projects with little supervision.
- Must have clean Appearance.
- Must maintain professional decorum at job sites at all times. No cursing, no yelling, no mess to be left
after the workday is complete.
- Must take pride in personal work and maintain quality control.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to climb ladders, lift heavy objects, crawl in attic and crawl spaces.
- English proficiency is required.
