We are looking to hire 3-4 concrete carpenter/finishers to our crew. We have 40 hour weeks available for the foreseeable future. Our company offers health insurance, 401k retirement benefits along with promotion opportunities. Prevailing wage jobs also occur periodically. Ability to do block masonry is also a plus and will increase starting pay $1/hr. We are an older company with 30+ employees we have a 7 month backlog as of right now but our guys haven't sat on a non rainy day in over a year. We are extremely stable. Most of our guys have been with us for 10+ years. We are non union but do a few prevailing jobs each year.
Minimum Experience Requirement
2 years of concrete finishing
And/or 2 years of concrete form setting
Tools Required
All hand tools, sliders, edgers, hand floats etc.
Carpenter Bags with personal tools
Must have reliable transportation and a good attitude
All work located in San Diego County!
$36-40/hr pay depending on experience and skill level. Eligible for health care, dental and retirement after 60 days.
