Concrete Company looking to add another concrete crew. We are in need of a concrete working foreman and concrete working superintendent for prevailing wage jobs.
DLF is looking for a motivated individual to become part of our team as a concrete foreman/super assisting in management and completion of projects. Concrete Foreman Responsibilities:
On-site overall management
Tasking crew members
Quality control, safety, scheduling pours, phase planning
Plan/Spec. reading, surveying, ordering materials, various jobsite documenting, timesheets
Cleaning and preparing worksite
Equipment operation
Various concrete tasks including: formwork, placing/finishing, walls, heavy foundations, & flatwork
Concrete Foreman Requirements:
Ability to perform strenuous tasks with your hands
Valid Drivers license,
Ability to kneel, bend and lift materials
Ability to accurately install work and read drawings/specifications
Maintain a high standard of work
Commit to workplace safety
Ability to receive and give direction/guidance
Travel may be required, but is compensated with per-diem
