Driver/Demo Laborer (Escondido)
Beach City Builders, Inc. is in need of a full-time experienced Driver/Demo Laborer to assist us in our growing home construction & rehabilitation efforts throughout San Diego. We are a fast-paced family owned company looking for someone who is a self starter, works well with others, is good with client relations, and fits with the culture of our company. This job has leadership growth opportunities.
Responsibilities include performing the following:
Drive company truck F450 and tow trailer (1.5 ton or 16ft dump trailer) 2+ yrs of exp
Perform construction demo
Pickup materials from various suppliers
Remove and depose debris from project sites
Knowledge and skilled with jackhammer
Work alone or with a team
Other trade skills are a plus and can lift 90lb +
Day to Day Jobsite Coordination and Reporting
