JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Knowledge of the materials, methods and techniques relative to Taping and drywall with a proven record of success in these areas
Provide assistance in planning the job, ordering materials and manpower
Experience running large projects with large crews
Establish project goals and monitor the success of the goals throughout the project
Monitor labor efficiencies, project labor needs for the duration of the project
Productivity objectives by effectively managing and assigning tasks to crew members, while maintaining an accurate labor tracking log and communicating with other key project personnel. Monitor material cost and storage.
Ensure that the proper safety equipment, materials and tools are onsite to perform required work
Ensure compliance with all work completed, policies and procedures
Complete other responsibilities as assigned
EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of supervisory experience, foreman level or similar on commercial metal stud drywall and wood framing projects
Reads and understands plans/specs and lay out of projects
· OSHA 30 certified
· Bilingual
· Word and Excel proficient

Work Location:
San Diego, Inland Valley, Orange County, Los Angeles, and occasional out of state work
