What You’ll Do:
Perform shop upkeep, parts handling, and light mechanical tasks
Learn Volvo Penta systems, tools, and best practices through on-the-job training
Support service staff with scheduling, documentation, and customer interactions
Assist technicians with routine maintenance and repair of marine engines and drives
What We’re Looking For:
Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn (no prior marine experience required)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and interest in marine engines/boating
Valid driver’s license required
