Estimator/Project Manager
We are looking for a seasoned estimator with experience working with precision metal fabrication (chassis, brackets, panels, etc.)
As an Estimator your primary mission will be to respond to customer RFQs and document pricing by building Bills of Materials and using estimating software and formulas. Your demonstrated sheet metal fabrication and machined parts estimating experience will allow you to hit the ground running in our fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly growing environment.
Because you have worked in this kind of environment before, you know how to source hard to find materials. And since you will be estimating a large volume of customer products that require a variety of different materials, tools, and methods of fabrication, your mechanical blueprint reading skills and proficiency with estimating software will be critical.

Responsibilities For This Position Include
Providing quotes for customers based on product design & specifications
Analyzing blueprints and specifications to prepare cost estimates
Works with an estimating team to respond to customer RFQs and document s pricing by building Bill of Materials and using estimating software and formulas.
Decide which tooling, labor, outside processing, methods and equipment would be best to manufacture a customers design.
Job Requirements
Must be familiar with the processes involved in manufacturing precision sheet metal products; particularly CNC punching, brake press forming, welding, milling, hardware assembly
Must be efficient, accurate and possess good math skills.
Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
5+ years of experience estimating sheet metal parts is preferred.
