Job Description
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical and HVAC repairs.
Perform general maintenance tasks/handyman work.
Perform regular maintenance on bicycles.
Two to three years of property maintenance experience is preferred.
Must be available to respond promptly to maintenance emergencies, such as plumbing leaks or power outages.
Ensure all properties meet safety standards.
Document all maintenance repairs accurately.
Maintain safety standards and protocols to ensure the well-being of guests
Must have current references, your own tools and reliable transportation.
