Painter Requirements:
-Exterior Paint Experience
-Speak English
-Spray Paint, Brush and Roll
-Remove and Replace Wood
-Able to Apply Stucco Patching/New Stucco
-Have a reliable vehicle; No Signage
-Have own hand tools
-No Smokers, Drinkers, or Use of Drugs
-Must have a Cellular Phone
-Strong Work Ethic
-Able to Climb Ladders,
Able to Lift 60 lbs or 30-40 Kilos
-Be Dependable, On time and Honest
