We are looking to hire an experienced plumber to complete the plumbing work for the second level of a residential project in San Diego, CA. This includes installing plumbing for:
Two bathrooms
Kitchen
Washer and dryer hookups
Vents required for inspection
The ideal candidate should have experience with residential plumbing installations and be able to work efficiently to meet inspection standards.
Job Details:
Pay Rate: $35 - $40 per hour (based on experience)
Location: San Diego, CA
Employment Type: Contract / Hourly
Schedule: Flexible, but work needs to be completed in a timely manner
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience (residential preferred)
Ability to install and complete all necessary plumbing for bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry
Experience installing vents to meet inspection codes
Own tools and transportation preferred
Licensed or certified plumbers preferred, but not required
