Job Summary:
We are looking for (2) experienced Senior Air Compressor Maintenance Mechanic. The perfect candidate(s) will have a minimum of 5+ years of consistent experience in servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing compressed air and vacuum systems along with related machinery. This role requires proficiency in electronics, electrical circuits, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics, as well as a commitment to continuous learning. Responsibilities include inspecting, installing, and testing new equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and handling emergency repairs.
Essential Duties:
Perform regular maintenance tasks, including oil and filter changes, mechanical repairs, electrical and electronic repairs, plumbing, welding, painting, and fabrication. Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of compressed air and vacuum systems. Diagnose issues promptly and perform emergency repairs on compressed air and vacuum systems as needed. Apply knowledge of electronics, electrical circuits, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics to resolve problems efficiently. Install new compressed air and vacuum systems and related machinery. Test new equipment to ensure it meets operational standards and proficiency. Engage in ongoing education and training to stay updated on the latest techniques and advancements in servicing compressed air and vacuum systems and related machinery.
Check work orders and related manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams to determine tasks to be performed and tools, equipment, and parts needed for installation or repair assignments. Test electrical components, such as wiring, switches, and relays, using testing instruments, and replace faulty components using hand tools. Effectively communicate with supervisors and customers via phone or email. Schedule daily customer appointments. Safely drive a vehicle to various job sites. Safely operate a forklift with or without reasonable accommodation. Carry out specific tasks assigned by the service manager and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Daily work includes:

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 5 years of related experience is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $36.00 - $49.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
