What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years welding experience (you will be tested)
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
Confident in fabricating custom parts from scratch — not just following instructions but thinking creatively
Willingness to collaborate on product design improvements
Consistent, clean, and presentable welds — this is critical as all welding is done on high-visibility off-road vehicles
Must be self-sufficient — this is NOT an entry-level position; no training will be provided
Experience with the following is a big plus:
Shear, ironworker, press brake, saw, lathe, mill, and hand tools
Additional Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Attention to detail is non-negotiable
Pay & Benefits:
$22–$30/hr based on skill level, fabrication ability, machine knowledge, and team fit
Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | 10-hour shift
