AAFSI currently seeking a dedicated and eager Fire Sprinkler Trainee/Apprentice for a long-term commitment to our team. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems under the supervision of experienced technicians.
Learn and adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
Work efficiently with a team to complete projects on time and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow verbal and written instructions.
Carry/move equipment and tools weighing up to 70lbs and be capable of performing physical labor.
Perform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions, such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and using high lift equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written format.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival at various job sites.
Preferred: Prior construction experience.
Clear/good driving record.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Desire to commit long-term and grow with AAFSI.
A background check and drug test will be administered.
Must adhere to company safety policies and procedures.

Benefits:
Salary: $41,000 - $62,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
