Now hiring Fire System Installers in Carlsbad, CA.
Trillium Construction is looking for full-time Fire Installers who have completed electrical apprenticeship program through ABC, WECA or other similar program.
Installer will assist the foreman and superintendents with project installation. They will be responsible to install wires and devices according to the drawings and direction from their supervisors and assist in system pre-test and final testing.
Responsibilities include:
Provide customer and co-worker support.
Assist in system installation, start-up, pre-test, and final test as required.
Report to the assigned site on time.
Install wire and equipment.
Work with the foreman and superintendent to identify any possible changes.
Follow all required safety regulations.
Assist with labor and material management.
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week, pay is up to $55 an hour depending on experience. If interested, please call or text Chris at (619)904-2009!
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year in the fire alarm industry a plus.
Must have completed apprenticeship program through ABC, WECA, or other similar program.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Knowledge and understanding of local and state code, IFC, and NFPA.
Must have basic low voltage tools (wire strippers, screw drivers, etc.).
Must have PPE (hard hat, steel toe boots, eye protection, hard hat, safety vest gloves)
Conduit experience a plus.
