Qualifications:
- Home Addition, Kitchen, and Bath remodeling experience
- 1 to 5 years experience in construction
- Residential and light commercial construction
- Strong customer service skills
- Follow best construction building and safety practices on all jobsites
- Must have own tools and truck w/capacity to carry a ladder and materials
- Must pass skills examination – written and/or on the job demonstration
Key Responsibilities:
- Rough framing
- Door and window openings
- Roof framing
- Sheeting
- Blue print reading
- General knowledge of construction codes
