Established Private Residential/Commercial General Contractor is seeking an experienced Framer for projects throughout San Diego county. Our firm specializes in Custom Residential and Commercial projects for a wide range of clientele.
Qualification: Framing Journeyman
- Capable of leading a crew of 4+ men on daily tasks involved in Permitted framing work.
- Knowledgeable on the code and inspections for the Cities in San Diego County.
- Can produce take-offs and order material accurately.
- Capable of scheduling the crew per their weekly tasks but also produce a project schedule and meet deadlines
- An extensive experience of ALL and everything associated to framing.
- Read and Interpret Plans: Thorough Analysis:
Conduct a detailed analysis of construction plans and blueprints, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
- Communication with Design Team:
Collaborate with architects and design teams to clarify any ambiguities or discrepancies in the plans, facilitating accurate project execution.
