Eastridge is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician to work for a client in three different areas.
We have multiple openings in San Diego to include: La Jolla, Sorrento Valley and Mira Mesa.
Pay: $20-28/hr depending on experience
Length of assignment: Full Time Direct Hire
Title: Maintenance Technician
Schedule: 8am - 430pm
SUN - TUE or TUE - SAT Depending on job location needs
Some set schedules may require one day of weekend work
For this role we would need to see long tenured maintenance tech work on a resume.
In Addition, our client would want to hire somebody who has worked recently in a multi-family home facility.

-Good documentation practices
-Strong communication skills
-Problem solving / troubleshooting skills for mechanical systems
-Attention to detail and disciplined in execution
-Strong initiative and willingness to take ownership
-Interest, ability and willingness to work directly on equipment if needed
Education and Experience Requirements
-High School Diploma
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Ability to communicate effectively with people in other disciplines
-Organized, responsible, dependable with an ability to work in a team environment
-Intermediate experience following standard operating procedures and recording data extemporaneously in batch documentation/logbooks while following good documentation practices
