At Glass Wall Systems, we’re not just another glazing business – we are the most skilled provider of Glass Railings in San Diego County. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Glazier to join our niche business
Key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with installing interior and exterior glass walls and glass railings for both commercial and residential projects
Supporting the team in preparing materials and equipment
Troubleshooting and solving glazing challenges
Operating and maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years glazing construction or framing experience required
Willingness to accept and safely deliver the physical demands of handling Glass
A genuine interest in mastering the trade, with a strong desire to build long-term skills
Good attention to detail and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a small, focused team
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
A valid driver’s license
Spanish language skills are a bonus
