We are a rapidly growing water damage restoration company looking for a new sales representative to join our team. No prior trade experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Meeting directly with homeowners after water/fire damage to educate them on the claims process and sign restoration agreements
- Maintaining effective communication with homeowners throughout the remediation process
- Document and communicate project details to estimators and project managers
- Developing positive working relationships with our customers to ensure satisfaction
- Occasionally communicate with insurance Adjusters in order to ensure their satisfaction
- Problem solving in the field, including resolving customer concerns and complaints
- Achieving company objectives/goals in both gross sales revenue and conversion ratio
The ideal candidate will posses the following qualities:
- Must have face to face sales experience
- Ability to close and overcome obstacles
- Independent nature, self-disciplined, and good time management
- Highly communicative
- Multi-tasker
- Team oriented
- Background in sales for construction, solar, home repair or insurance is a plus
- Background in sales for autos is a plus
- Tech savvy
-Must possess a valid driver's license
