Responsible for the safe, effective, and profitable operation, installation, maintenance and repair of all heating and cooling equipment on Camp Pendleton and assisting in work in other areas as needed.
Manage HVAC maintenance and service teams to ensure quality onsite
Schedules, directs, and provides technical support for HVAC techs and GMW’s.
Works with team to create profitable and accurate internal work.
Working with the QC dept reviews technicians’ work to ensure quality meets established standards
Organize and perform training and ongoing support for tech/ maintenance teams
Participates in interviews for GMW’s and Technicians
Working with SSHO ensures safety compliance
Works with PM on inhouse quotes and Sub-contractor quotes
Complies with service standards, work instructions, Admin documentation and customers’ requirements
Work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice.
Other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations.
10 yrs. experience as Lead/Mgr.
Familiar with service contract work
Must be able to pass background check.
