Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer with a passion for delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential houses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation and be ready to tackle a variety of tasks, from ductwork to system controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Install HVAC systems, including ductwork.
Complete installations and repairs according to municipal codes and company protocols.
Provide a stellar customer experience on every job, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the company vehicle.
Accurately complete all required documentation for each job.
Qualifications:
Must have positive attitude and good work ethic!
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Installer.
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Proficiency in HVAC installation, including electrical wiring, controls, and piping.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team.
