HVAC Installers and Helpers needed for small business in Poway.
Residential HVAC work with some light commercial in San Diego County and occasionally in Orange County.
INSTALLERS: Must be able to install a full job completely in a timely manner. Must be organized, detail oriented and be able to communicate with customers clearly and confidently. Must be able to work independently and with others. Must have EPA Certification. NATE certification a plus. Must have reliable vehicle and clean DMV. Must have your own hand tools. Pay based on experience. Part time to full time work available.
HELPERS: Must be able to lift 60lbs. Must be organized, detail oriented and be able to communicate clearly. Must be able to work well with others. Must have reliable vehicle with clean DMV. Own hand tools a plus. Pay based on experience. $18-20/hour. Ability to progress and move up to become an Installer. Part time to full time work available.
