We are hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support a large network of office facilities throughout San Diego County. This position is daily Monday–Friday work, consistent routes, and includes preventive maintenance + new project installs.

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
3+ years HVAC service experience (commercial preferred)
Hands-on with:
Rooftop Units (3–20 ton)
Split systems & mini-splits
Exhaust/ventilation systems
Economizers & dampers
Basic controls & thermostats
Refrigerant charging, leak detection, diagnostics
CERTIFICATIONS & TECH SKILLS
EPA 608 (Universal strongly preferred)
Able to read wiring diagrams
Strong with low-voltage controls, sensors, safeties
Can document PM reports & service notes accurately
Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders/rooftops safely
Solid understanding of commercial airflow, filtration & system performance
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Valid CA driver’s license + clean driving record
Must pass a background check (medical-facility environment)
Reliable — consistent daily attendance is required
Strong communication skills
Able to work independently without constant supervision
High attention to cleanliness & detail
Comfortable working in occupied medical facilities professionally
