Full time position 7:00 AM to 3:30 pm M-F
Requirements:
Fast Moving, Strong Work Ethic, Positive Attitude, Team Players
5 years or more experience with commercial troubleshooting and repairs.
EPA cert (Universal preferred)
Repaired and maintained air cooled chillers for a minimum of one year.
Well rounded with Package units, split systems, heat pumps.
Proficient working on VFDs.
Good understanding of DDC systems.
Good Understanding of Chillers.
Able to troubleshoot and understand if issue is with HVAC system or controls.
Troubleshoot and repair Hydronic system issues (Chilled water and Heating hot water).
Able to perform complicated mechanical repairs.
Little or no supervision required.
Able to communicate clearly through email and phone and tablet usage.
Experienced operating equipment (Forklift, scissors lift, boom lift, extended forklift, vehicle)
Able to use HVAC related equipment and tools (Vacuum pump, recovery machine, leak detector, acetylene torch)
Able to perform HVAC task according to industry standards.
Kitchen exhaust hoods experience a plus. Reading and understanding electrical and mechanical schematics.
