Our company manufactures, fabricates and installs custom Countertops using quality products including NATURAL STONE (Granite, Quartz & Natural Marble), CULTURED MARBLE (Synthetic manufactured marble), and SOLID SURFACE (acrylic materials such as Corian). Our customers are residential (new and remodel) as well as commercial construction projects of all sizes.
Our line of services go beyond Countertops including shower surrounds (wall panels, shower pans, tubs, ceiling caps, wall caps, etc.), fireplaces, barbeques, laundry facilities, commercial reception areas, commercial restrooms, bar tops, workstations, and so much more.

QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST have Professional working knowledge and experience IN THIS TRADE with the ability to install quality work without immediate supervision. This is a lead position with duties and responsibilities as a qualified installer.
Experienced with the complete process of installing Stone, Solid Surface Countertops and/or Cultured Marble countertops, shower surrounds, etc. for residential and/or commercial projects.
Experience should include installing subtops, support systems, fixtures, sinks, faucets, etc. as well as demoing existing surfaces.
Experienced using and supply own HAND AND POWER TOOLS necessary to install our products, such as caulking guns, skill saws, routers, sanders, seam pullers, drills, etc.
Able to provide SUPERIOR QUALITY work exhibiting detail orientation.
Able to provide SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Communicate effectively in English (both verbal and writing).
Lead and train helper as assigned.
Able to work in a fast pace capacity, produce quality work and meet deadlines.
Able to meet the PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Labor intensive including but not limited to: daily lifting, carrying and maneuvering of heaving and/or awkward sized material; walking; standing; bending; stooping; use of hand and power tools using hand/arm movements; wearing all applicable safety gear during entire installation operations; driving a company vehicle.
Able to FOLLOW THROUGH with INSTRUCTIONS given.
Work independently as a Lead installer as well as a TEAM.
Able to work in a FAST PACE capacity and produce QUALITY work.

6) Employee Appreciation Programs
Monday through Friday. Shift START time varies usually between 5:00 am and 6:30 am and shift END time depends upon completion of the scheduled jobs. (Could be earlier or later start time – depends on the daily schedule)
Daily overtime is required.
Requires reporting daily to main offices in Santee and traveling throughout San Diego and all surrounding counties
Use of company installation truck
Employer provides all supplies.
Employee to provide own tools.
VALID CA DRIVER’S LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD required
MUST meet jobsite ACCESS requirements
