Lemonbug, L.L.C. is seeking a positive, enthusiastic, creative and hardworking individual to add to our team for an in house production and product development position.
Lemonbug, L.L.C. is a jewelry company located in San Marcos, CA that specializes in hand stamped and personalized jewelry. Our mission is to provide quality custom jewelry to our customers while giving back to our community and non-profit organizations that we are most passionate about.
Responsibilities:
- You will be involved in all aspects of the production process from prepping, cutting and soldering to assembling.
- Develop and troubleshoot new products.
- Research current trends, techniques and design ideas.
- Check and maintain stock of inventory.
- Properly teach and train production staff on duplicating new designs independently. This requires setting up clear, step-by-step systems and easy to understand methods so that each product can be duplicated with precision and accurate measurements.
Requirements:
- MUST have metalsmithing and design experience. 2+ years formal training preferred.
- HIGHLY DETAIL ORIENTED, artistic, and creative with a good eye for our designs/brand.
- Strong computer skills.
- Positive attitude and team player willing to complete any task that needs to be done for the company to function successfully.
- Must work well under pressure, be able to produce minimum product units and be willing to properly teach and train production staff on duplicating new designs.
The right person for this position will come in with fresh ideas and really tap into their creativity to produce amazing new styles and products that sell. You'll be able to really take charge in brainstorming new ideas with our existing team, troubleshooting production processes, training staff and executing new designs.
Hours:
1-2 days per week with flexible schedule.
Compensation:
$15-20/hour DOE and portfolio
