PACIFIC COAST CONSTRUCTION AND WATERPROOFING provides general contracting and project management on all types of projects throughout the San Diego area, from tenant improvement to new construction.
We are looking for a skilled Carpenter with knowledge in all areas of construction - Residential and Commercial: remodels, renovations, waterproofing, FRAMING, siding, roofing, windows/doors, flooring, drywall, painting and finish work. Must be able to work from start to completion on small and large projects AND be a general lead craftsman when necessary.
Requirements:
5 years + experience in construction or trade school
Supervisor experience preferred
Have own hand and power tools preferred
Ability to read construction plans
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Good communication skills
Reliable transportation - truck preferred
