Position Summary: This is skilled work at the journeyman level in the installation of commercial new construction plumbing systems. Experience must show commercial/industrial plumbing experience. Must submit a resume for consideration.
Required Qualifications:
6 years commercial journeyman plumbing experience
Ability to pass a background test for access to military bases
Maintain an insurable driving record
Own truck and tools required for the job
Detail-oriented, organized and proficient at reading blueprints
Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes
Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade
Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work
Well organized and ability to work independently
Knowledge of wet utility and mechanical piping highly desirable
