Established Private Residential/Commercial General Contractor is seeking an experienced Journeymen / Skilled worker for projects throughout San Diego county. Our firm specializes in Custom Residential, Multifamily, and Commercial projects for a wide range of clientele.
Qualification: Journeyman level experience in multiple trades
- Capable of leading a crew on daily tasks involved in Permitted work.
- Understanding and capability of building a majority of an ADU with a crew and tools provided.
- Knowledgeable on everything that it takes for a Ground-up project.
- Knowledgeable on the code and inspections for the Cities in San Diego County.
- Can produce take-offs and order material accurately.
- Capable of scheduling the crew per their weekly tasks but also produce a project schedule and meet deadlines
- An extensive experience of multiple trades including: Concrete, Plumbing, Framing, Electrical, Finish trim, General Remodeling
- Read and Interpret construction plans, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
