We are a small GC outfit based in North County with jobs throughout the county. The majority of our work is along the 5 from Coronado to Oceanside. We do a bit of everything, light commercial TI, residential remodel, and a bunch of termite repair.
We are seeking SKILLED Carpenter's and helpers to join our team and help complete our projects in a timely, efficient manner without compromising quality. Ideal candidates will own their own tools and a have a capable work truck.
Applicant requirements: Must have cellular communication, a reliable means of transportation (truck), valid drivers license, able to work safely and comfortably on extension ladders, physically fit for hard work, Sober, stable and reliable. LEGAL TO WORK -no cash/ no bs.
The main skill sets required are: rough framing, light electrical, exterior finish and roofing/waterproofing knowledge. Finish experience is a plus as well but this is not a shop job, we work in the field.
