Large Reconstruction company looking for a Lead Flood Technician/Estimator.
This position is responsible for effectively developing and preparing estimates and scopes of work in an accurate, thorough, and profitable manner, including planning, organizing, directing, coordinating. This position requires incumbent to make independent and discretionary decisions on matters of significance and to work independently and with minimal supervision and guidance.
Must have experience with:
Prepare and develop estimates and scopes of work in a timely manner for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare moisture mappings, daily monitor sheets, and Xactimate bids to be reviewed by insurance adjusters.
Prepare and develop change orders for existing projects in a timely manner.
Procure signed change orders for all supplemental work that is outside of the original scope of work.
Perform quantity surveys from plans and job walks. Document in an organized manner.
Create and prepare proposal and bid documents.
Provide excellent customer service to customers and insurance partners.
