Hiring experienced Painters, Preppers, Foreman who are of good character. Hard working, clean cut, on time, team players, motivated, problem-solving skills, job planning, can manage self and others as needed. Excellent communication skills with team members and customers, conscientious, time management skills, good attitude.
Should have basic hand tools of the trade. Sprayers, ladders, tarps not required but are a plus.
Must have experience with residential painting and commercial painting
Must have reliable transportation, your own truck, tools and painter whites
Must have a valid drivers license, Able to legally work in the USA
Must be able to clock in and out using time tracking app.
Should be able to lead a crew
Delegate crew responsibility
Manage time and materials
Communicate with homeowners
Experienced with all phases of paining but not limited to Brush, Roll, Spray, Drywall and Stucco Repair, Epoxy coatings, staining, matching existing paints, stains and textures all a plus.
