Premier Roofing CA, Inc. is looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our roofing crew. No experience? No problem — we’ll train the right person!
I have 1 maintenance foreman position available. Must have experience in wide variety of roofing.
Location: Based out of Spring Valley, working across San Diego County
Schedule: Full-time (90 Day Probationary Period)
Typical workday 8am-4:30pm
Starting Pay: $20/hour (willing to negotiate for the right person)
Raise Structure (Perfect Attendance):
- After 60 Days: $22/hour
- After 180 Days + Task Proficiency: $24/hour
- Foreman $26. Starting (willing to negotiate for the right person)
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of various roof types (shingle, tile, flat, etc.)
Load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a drug test that includes marijuana
No experience required — training provided
Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work at heights
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Comfortable working in heat and on roofs
Strong work ethic and team player
Safety-first mindset
