ABOUT THE JOB:
The Apartment Maintenance Technician will perform the following duties:
HVAC Air Conditioning maintenance and repairs
Plumbing repairs
Electric repairs
Appliance repairs
Building repairs
Dry wall, patch and installation
Slab leaks
Floor repairs
Lock and key service including maintenance and re-keying
Painting
Carpentry
Apartment Turnovers
And any other type of duties as assigned by supervisors
May be required to work at more than one location
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS:
High school diploma or GED
EPA Certification
2 years’ of experience in Apartment, hotel, or construction/handyman or general maintenance/contractor experience
Lift up to 50 pounds
Valid Driver’s License
Work at other locations when requested
