Role & Responsibilities:
As a Multi-Family Superintendent, you’ll manage construction projects from start to finish. You will be key in coordinating project details, ensuring materials and labor are properly scheduled, and leading teams to execute projects efficiently and on time. Your proactive approach will be critical in identifying potential issues and implementing solutions, ensuring that every project meets or exceeds expectations.
Key Duties:
Manage project timelines, on-site materials, and labor while coordinating deliveries and subcontractors
Lead job walks and communicate with builders to ensure work is aligned with project specifications
Problem-solve proactively and make timely decisions to keep projects on track
Supervise and coach employees, ensuring high productivity, safety, and professional development
Drive quality control efforts and oversee job-site reviews
Maintain accountability through timely feedback and results-oriented communication
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience leading teams in the construction industry, with a solid understanding of materials and processes
Strong communication skills and ability to motivate teams to achieve goals
A hands-on, results-driven mindset, focused on quality, safety, and accountability
