Seeking experienced / self-motivated redecorating specialist to perform residential redecorating projects on a part-time (as needed) employment schedule.
Selected candidate(s) MUST have:
At least 3 years of specialized practical experience in commercial or residential redecorating projects.
Skills in one or more of the following installation trades: drywall installer/finisher, interior/exterior painter, interior flooring installation, tile & granite, bathtub/shower enclosure.
Possess the required basic hand tools & power tools required for trade specialty.
Display a strong work ethic, positive working attitude, ability to follow directions, strong team player, and be self-motivated to perform their best.
Exhibit problem solving skills with an “Attention to Details” focus
Reliably arrives on-time to work prepared to work a full day.
Has reliable transportation.
Brings/buys their own food and drinks to get through the day.
Physically able to lift 75+ lbs and work on feet all day.
No drug or alcohol addiction problems.
Must have SSN/ID to work in U.S.
Must have a smart phone to send/receive texts and emails.
