Location: San Diego, CA 92129
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM start time
Property Size: 500 units
Pay: $25/hour (upon hire)
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Job Requirements:
Multi-family/apartment maintenance experience is REQUIRED
Proficiency in general maintenance, including:
Electrical
Plumbing
HVAC troubleshooting
Appliance repair
Painting/drywall
General handyman work
Must have basic hand tools and a drill
Ability to complete work orders efficiently and professionally
Preferred (Not Required) Certifications:
EPA Certification (for HVAC work)
HVAC Certification
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification
