Job Description:
Indiana Phones is seeking a part-time Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our retail location in Pacific Beach. As a technician, you will perform repairs on various mobile devices, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication about device issues and repair options.
Responsibilities:
Mobile Repair: Conduct high-quality repairs on various mobile devices.
Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service and advice to customers.
Communication: Clearly communicate device issues and repair options.
Inventory and Equipment: Maintain adequate parts inventory and tool equipment.
Transportation: Ensure reliable transportation to and from work.
Requirements:
Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in phone and tablet repair.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in repairing Apple iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, Samsung Galaxy phones and tablets, Motorola, OnePlus, and other popular handheld devices.
Availability: Must be available to work weekends (10AM-5PM).
Customer Service: Prior experience in customer service within a retail setting.
Independence: Ability to work independently and be self-sufficient.
