```Duties:```
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout and installation of plumbing systems
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and HVAC technicians, to complete projects
- Perform general maintenance person tasks related to plumbing, such as carpentry work or welding
- Use a variety of hand tools to complete plumbing tasks
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
```Qualifications:```
- Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumber license or equivalent certification
- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Experience in carpentry, HVAC, remodeling, or other related trades is a plus
- Proficiency in using hand tools commonly used in plumbing work
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.00 per week
