- Schedule and track Trade p.m.’s
- Communicate and work with Government personnel on building scheduling.
- Place clear and concise time limits, expectations and accountability on GMW’ s
- Progress reporting, Ensure GMW is current on paperwork/ tablet.
- Material counts for next order and pulling materials for scheduled p.m.
- Update coversheets/ Smartsheet.
- Respond to UNSAT PM work orders, Communicate with QC to reinspect.
- Coordinate material requests with Coordinator.
- Oversee yard work, staging and loading PM material at the end of each day
- Building cleaning schedule.
- Assign helpers to techs. when needed.
- Reports to FSM/PM
- Perform tasks assigned as need by FSM / PM
