We are a growing pool maintenance and repair business. We have been in the business for 20 + years servicing residential pools all over San Diego areas. We are a family owned business and value all our employees.
Requirements:
1. Valid Driver License.
2. Own a Cell phone.
3. Arrive each day on time and ready to work.
4. No experience, No problem! We will train you.
Duties:
To maintain 20-30 pools each week by:
Skimming
Brushing the walls
Chemical balance
Vacuuming
Empty skimmer basket
Being Friendly to the homeowners if they come out and say hi.
Filter cleans (available if you want to make extra money).
Compensation:
- We provide a work truck for you to do your pool route with.
- $13 per pool (if you're efficient you can do 2 or 3 pools in one hour making up to $39 an hour).
- $45 per filter clean.
- Christmas Bones every year after one year of being with the company.
- $25 dollar bonus every time you get a compliment from a customer.
- We pay on time every 2 weeks.
