We are a 20-year established San Diego print shop with loyal clients and steady work. This is a hands-on, physical role (not a desk job) focused on print production, vinyl graphics, and direct customer interaction.

Is reliable, motivated, and takes pride in their work
Enjoys working with their hands and being active
Is friendly with customers and represents the business well
Wants stability now and growth, commission, and profit-sharing as the company expands
What You’ll Do:
Assist with print production and finishing
Help with vinyl graphic installation (experience preferred, but we will train the right learner)
Cut and prep materials using X-Acto knives and cutters
Lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs)
Meet customers on location for installs and service
Support daily production and quality control
