We are seeking dedicated and hands-on Product Craftsmen/Tradesmen to join our growing team in the creation of high-quality, all-natural health and wellness products. You will be responsible for crafting a range of products including moisturizers, deodorants, lip balms, sunscreens, soaps, and tooth powders using 100% natural ingredients. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for producing sustainable, health-conscious products. This role would start as a 2 month contract for the month of November to the end of December, and then potentially open to a full time job.
Key Responsibilities:
Handcraft a variety of health and wellness products using natural ingredients
Follow precise recipes and production guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
Assist in measuring, mixing, and processing raw materials
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and timelines
Stay updated on product innovations, trends, and natural ingredient benefits
Participate in product testing to ensure functionality, safety, and quality
Assist with inventory management of raw materials and finished products
Qualifications:
Prior experience in health and wellness product production or a commercial kitchen environment is ideal, but not necessary
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Comfort working with natural raw ingredients such as oils, butters, and powders
Interest in health, wellness, and eco-friendly practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn new techniques
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
