Qualifications
At least 5 years experience across the trades in electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
Customer Service Focus - Respectful. Professional in appearance and communication.
Technical skills for Remodeler.The perfect remodeling candidate has done a number of remodels of bathrooms and kitchens and can handle all aspects, except tile which we sub out.
Technical skills for Handyman.The perfect handyman candidate has worked as a residential handyman or for a residential maintenance company and has done apartment or home turnovers between tenants.
Own Your Own Commonly Used Tools (We supply specialty tools.)
Own vehicle, truck or SUV You must have a current driver's license and auto insurance.
Ability to pass both a drug test and a background check.
