Seeking a skilled and detail oriented journeyman level person to join our growing team.
We are based in San Diego and most work is between La Mesa and Allied Gardens areas.
We are a general contractor company specializing in high end remodels, room additions, and ADU’s.
The appropriate candidate will have at least some experience in the following trades:
-Structural wood framing
-New electrical from panel out (to code)
-Plumbing- new construction and repair
-Drywall hanging, tape, mud, sand, and texture
-Painting- interior and exterior
-Window and door replacement and installation
-Flooring: laminate, LVP, tile, carpet
-Concrete including rebar bending and setting
Consistent 40 hours per week and have been able to provide our employees with full time work for years.
Work is Monday-Friday.
Applicant should be a good leader and work well with a team.
Must have at least some knowledge in interpreting construction plans. It is not expected that a candidate have a full understanding of plans, however common sense is a requirement.
Must be able to assist in teaching apprentice level employees when needed.
Must be able to communicate with clients when necessary and have a professional demeanor.
Must have our own RELIABLE transportation and valid drivers license. Must have eligibility to work in the U.S.
Must have your own basic tools.Specialty tools will be provided by the company.

This is a W-2 position with weekly pay.
