Restoration Project Managers are team players with awareness, common sense, initiative, good judgment, candor, conscientiousness, follow-through, and eagerness to work efficiently in a professional environment.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) working closely with other departments for the remediation of all moisture-related restoration requests and projects, perform regular quality control assessments, assist in coordination and scheduling inspection, repairs, etc., monitor projects regularly and frequently to ensure timely completion and quality control, ensure reports and documentation are accurate, kept up to date, and monitored daily…
Qualifications, Skills & Experience (include but are not limited to) Proficient with MS Office, basic knowledge of restoration equipment functions, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Apartment Maintenance Experience/ Project Management is a plus.
